We had issues come up in inspections that stresses us out initially, but they took the time to hop on the phone and work through those scenarios to find the most convenient and most financially secure way for us to address said issues and make us feel comfortable. We appreciated the personal feel that the sell had as well and they both were there any time we had questions that we needed answered. We met with 3 different realtors about putting our almost 100 year old house on the market before deciding to go with Erika.

Erika's commitment to the process is really impressive but it was her experience flipping houses in and around our area that gave us the most confidence that our house was in good hands. Erika was able to give first-hand knowledge on minor improvements we could do before listing that would really impact the sale of the house. Not only that, she also had the contacts to do the work and served as the designer and Project Manager while the work on the house was being done. We were able to pack and move out and let Erika handle the rest. She texted us photos of the progress and we regularly. The work was done on time, in budget, and the house looked great. Erika was aggressive with the listing price and it paid off. We highly recommend her.

"I met with Erika through a referral of a friend and was very impressed by not only her knowledge/skill set, but also her passion for her client and figuring out the real estate market based upon their need and on their behalf. I personally met with her regarding investment properties and cash flowing rental properties and appreciated that she knew not only the areas that were best for this, but also neighborhoods that would be conducive to families as well. She also had a portfolio of trusted contractors that she had proven experience with and who would be readily available for her clients and the homes she represented. All in all it was a great experience and I couldn't recommend her services more!"

"I cannot recommend Erika and Shane Jackson enough. We have now bought 2x homes with them and sold our first house. They do a tremendous job of working with you on all the steps involved with selling and purchasing a home. They also have a scheduling coordinator Shari who keeps you updated weekly on milestones and upcoming events that helps keep everything in order. "Mrs. Jackson is one to be very responsive and certainly one I can personally trust. She won't tell you what you want to hear and she's always up front and honest, I like that!

I have actually recommended Mrs. Jackson to friends and family bc I want to allow my friends and family to get what they expect and Mrs. Jackson seems to be able to deliver and has reached the expectations that I needed from her!
